*** Deposits: $300.00 deposit required to hold a kitten. This will go toward the total sale price. This is non-refundable, except in the event of kitten health problems before the date of delivery to new owner.

Payments can be done by money order, cashiers check, cash or paypal.

**Please understand that we have made every effort to ensure that your kitten is healthy. But in the unlikely event that your kitten should have serious health problems we could not detect, the following agreement is necessary.

____* Breeder guarantees the health of the above mentioned kitten for 72 hours from the day of delivery. Breeder advises buyer to have this kitten checked by your own vet within the 72 hour time frame. Failure to do so will result in this health agreement to be null and void. If your vet finds a life threatening disease or congenital defect, and you wish to return the kitten, you will need to return the registration papers, vaccination history, x-rays and a written statement from your vet stating the diagnosis. Claims must be made within the 72 hour period as stated previously and are subject to our veterinarian’s inspection. Breeder is not responsible for any costs incurred once the buyer has taken possession of the kitten. Buyer is responsible for all costs of returning the kitten to the breeder and all costs for delivery of a new kitten (if applicable).

_____*If this kitten dies an untimely death due to a genetic defect before it is a year old, Buyer and breeder agree to replace this cat with another as soon as one becomes available. Buyer must provide breeder with a detailed autopsy from a licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death. The autopsy certificate and veterinary report expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is responsible for arrangement and costs to take possession of the replacement kitten. Warranties will not be honored if ownership changes.

_____* No refunds are given. If a kitten is returned it will be replaced with a kitten from our next available litter.

____* If purchased as a pet, the purchaser agrees to have the kitten spayed or neutered by age 6 months. Desert Sphynx will not release the registration papers to purchaser without written proof of this from you vet. If Desert Sphynx does not receive proof of spay or neuter by age 6 months, buyer is in breach of contract and seller can sue buyer for Maximum of $5,000.

____* Buyer agrees that if for any reason they cannot keep the kitten they will contact the Breeder, Donna Senzee.

____*** If this kitten is found to be neglected, or in ill health due to neglect, the buyer will surrender the kitten back to the breeder unconditionally.

_____*If this kitten is shipped, breeder has done so in good faith with a current Health certificate from a Licensed veterinarian. Should this kitten be returned for any reason, all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

It is very important to keep your kitten warm. If you are cold, they are probably cold. Do not set them on human heating pads as you can't control the temperature and the kitten might get burned.

There are electric pet beds. They just love them and are safe for you pet.

Your kitten will need a bath at least once a week. They do get dirty and oily. You also need to gently clean in their ears.
